Payments for telemedicine consultations must be made online at the time of booking.
Payments for in-person visits are to be made directly at the hospital.
Additional services such as pharmacy, health packages, and other hospital facilities are available at our premises but are not payable through the website.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to all patients.
In the case of minors (under 18 years), it is recommended that a parent or guardian provide consent for booking an appointment.

3. Appointments, Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations and refunds are not permitted once an appointment is booked.
Patients may request to reschedule a telemedicine appointment by contacting us at least 6 hours before the scheduled time.
Rescheduling is subject to doctor availability.

4. Payments

Telemedicine consultations require full online payment during booking.
In-person hospital appointments must be paid at the hospital reception.
All fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where the hospital cancels the appointment.
